Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with new and existing clients through personal contact, meetings, emails or via telephone for gaining repeat business wherever possible.
  • Adopt a clear and strategic approach to drive up the sales and win new business.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current and future market.
  • Monitor their own performance and aim to exceed the sales target.
  • Record sales and order information and report it to the sales department.
  • Provide accurate product information as well as guidance to the clients.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that cater to the company’s sales needs.
  • Update the senior management team with international market trends by providing timely feedbacks.
  • Stay updated with the current industry trends and suggest the positive improvements to the seniors.
  • Listen and understand the client’s requirement and objectives.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly revenue target set by the management.
  • Work closely with the development team to qualify prospects, answer technical questions and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Negotiate the terms and conditions of an agreement before closing the sales.
  • Make accurate and speedy project cost calculations, and maintain the security of the business development data of the clients.
  • Politely negotiate with the clients on various subjects like price, delivery and other specifications.
  • Attend various national or international seminars, events, meetings, trade exhibitions, conferences and represent our company there.
  • Schedule the follow-up or query calls with the clients.
  • Evaluate the business processes continuously and recommend the positive improvements.
  • Collaborate with the management team and make deal closure plans.
Skill Requirements
  • Should have strong communications skills in English and other foreign language (In the form of reading, writing and speaking).
  • Should be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual.
  • Having 1-2 years experience in International IT Sales (Especially in Web & Mobile Apps) is a plus point.
  • Should be familiar with different software development methodologies.
  • Should be able to work alone as well as a team member if necessary.
  • Should be proficient in productivity tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Microsoft Office Suite and other essential software which are useful for sales management.
  • Must have an experience in working with the Sales CRM’s like Zoho, FreshWorks, Bitrix24 or HubSpot.
  • Should be willing to share ideas openly and take direction from the CEO.
  • Should be highly organized and attentive to details.
  • Should be a self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Must have a problem-solving mindset to quickly achieve the objectives, reduce conflicts and help the clients in the best possible way.
  • Should be honest, hardworking, good listener, disciplined, passionate for international sales, and game changer in the market.
  • Must know the actual difference between personal and professional life.
  • Should have the ability to execute the assigned tasks under given deadline confidently.
  • Should be confident enough to thrive in this competitive market.
