Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan and discuss the strategies with project manager to develop the software as per the clients requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients and team to effectively resolve the issues.
  • Comprehensively maintain the records of each meeting and discuss it with the development and management team.
  • Collaborate with team and project manager to discuss the project thoroughly.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and development team to schedule their meetings and telephonic conferences.
  • Build and maintain the strong relationship with the clients.
  • Follow-up the clients and respond to their queries and doubts.
  • Properly maintain the documentation of the project execution plan.
  • Work closely with the project manager and development team to know the updated status of the project execution.
  • Analyse and track the progress of the project towards its completion.
  • Prepare the project related presentations and deliver it to the clients.
  • Make documentations of the client requirements and discuss them with the project manager and team.
  • Organize the project discussion meetings between the team and clients.
  • Develop the strategies with project manager to deliver the project to the client within stipulated time.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and discuss with the management team if any kind of issue occurs in the development process.
  • To keep the employees updated with the current information of the project.
Skill Requirements
  • Must have an excellent written and oral communication skills mainly in English language.
  • Should know about prioritizing the assigned tasks based on importance.
  • Develop and maintain proper documentation of the clients requirements so that project manager and other team members could understand the project completely.
  • Must be able to deliver the projects to the clients within specified timeline.
  • Negotiation skills to evaluate the term of contracts to the clients efficiently.
  • Proficient in Google Suite like Google docs, sheets , slides and forms.
  • Great communication skills to interact with the clients and team.
  • Knowledge of every business domain so as to devise the strategies for the client’s business.
  • Should have exceptional management and conflict resolving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to figure out the competitors and learn new methods of clients retention.
  • Presentation skills to represent the company in various official gatherings and events like meetings, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, conferences etc.
  • Must be attentive to the feedbacks that he/she receive from the client and try to improve the service quality accordingly.
  • Must be flexible with the office timings and willing to work even beyond the office-hours.
