Roles & Responsibilities
  • Formulate a strategy for talent acquisition.
  • Understanding the manpower needs of the organization.
  • Effectively manage virtual hiring & create a strong presence on all social networking channels and job portals.
  • Make plans for on-campus recruitment and tie-up with the good educational institutions for talent acquisition.
  • To schedule in-person meetings, telephonic and skype interviews or video conferences of the candidates with concerned authority.
  • To follow-up the candidates and build your credibility so that either candidate come back to you or send referrals to you.
  • After the screening the CVs or Resumes of the applicants, forward it to the concerned authority and schedule their interviews accordingly.
  • Working closely with the HR manager and management team to identify the staffing needs.
  • Processing the skype, telephonic or face-to-face interviews of the candidates as per the availability of the concerned authority and comfort of the candidate.
  • Establish and maintain the relationship with freelance recruiters, staffing consultants, placement officers, domain related candidates and recruiting managers of other firms to resolve the manpower issues in the company.
  • Properly maintain the record of the applicants and their current status.
  • Follow up the deserving candidates and clear their all doubts till they join the company.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that the staffing goals are met.
  • Submitting the daily reports of the recruitment process to the HR manager.
  • Identify the strategies followed by the competing companies and make the plans accordingly.
  • Encourage the existing employees or other candidates to provide the reference for better prospects.
  • Make the pre-plans and always be ready to meet the staffing goals of the company.

  • Able to handle a pre-joining verification process which includes work experience, family background, personal behavior, degrees and certifications of new employees easily.

  • Should have hands-on experience on various traditional as well as digital recruitment channels.
  • Great convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
  • Good relationship building skills and utilize every opportunity to meet new people.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Tactful in maintaining a good personal and corporate reputation.
  • Should have good patience level as candidates often stay absent in the interviews or ask to reschedule it.
  • Should have great recruitment skills to quickly increase the workforce of the company.
  • Familiar with different social media recruitment strategies and hold an outstanding working experience in a software development company which mainly deals with web and mobile apps.
  • Should be smart enough to determine the thinking capability of the candidate from his/her body language.
  • Must have huge number of connections on various professional platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Have a working experience in managing the online job portals.
  • Should have idea of digital and traditional advertising methods for the latest openings in the company.
  • Expertise in applicant tracking, effective candidate sourcing and recruitment process management.
  • Must have good English grammar and writing skills in order to draft an impressive emails.
  • Should have great strategies for cold calling which helps to increase the conversion rate effectively.
