Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and achieve the organization's hiring objectives.
Work closely with an HR manager, department heads, and management teams to understand current and future staffing needs.
Leverage job portals, professional networking platforms, social media channels, and other digital recruitment tools to source and engage potential candidates.
Establish partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions to identify fresh talent and build a strong pipeline of future employees.
Review resumes and applications, assess candidate qualifications, and shortlist suitable applicants based on job requirements and organizational expectations.
Coordinate telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process.
Build strong relationships with candidates, provide timely updates, address their queries, and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants, freelance recruiters, staffing agencies, placement officers, and industry professionals to expand talent sourcing opportunities.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles, interview feedback, hiring progress, and application statuses to ensure efficient recruitment tracking.
Stay connected with shortlisted candidates, clarify their concerns, communicate selection decisions, and support them throughout the offer and onboarding process.
Work closely with HR professionals and department managers to streamline recruitment activities and ensure hiring targets are achieved within the required timelines.
Prepare and submit regular recruitment reports to the HR Manager, highlighting hiring progress, candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and recruitment outcomes.
Monitor competitors hiring practices, industry developments, and emerging recruitment trends to identify opportunities for improving talent acquisition strategies.
Promote employee referral programs and encourage professional networks to recommend suitable candidates for current and future vacancies.
Develop proactive recruitment plans, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet organizational staffing goals.
Represent the organization professionally, maintain transparent communication, and create a positive impression of the company throughout the hiring journey.
